What is noteworthy about Seoul Fashion Week is that it has a close working relationship with the global fashion industry and has differentiated itself from previous events. The Seoul Design Foundation plans to take two domestic fashion designers a year to participate in the London Fashion Week formal program, and in turn to open talented fashion designers in Korea. 

Chung said, "We decided that the new fashion designer support system was the most systematic place for the British fashion association. We chose it as a top priority. We plan to discuss similar policies with other famous Fashion Week such as Paris and New York."

This Fashion Week is expected to continue to attract foreign buyers to Seoul. 50 buyers from high-end department stores and online editing shops in the Americas and Europe, and 130 buyers from department stores and editorial shops in Asia. We have invited department stores, showrooms, and online editing shops for the past season. We also sought regional diversification by inviting buyers from the Middle East beyond Asia and beyond.

"The quality of buyers is continuously improving," said Jeong. "Some buyers did not go to Korea due to North Korea issue last season.

Meanwhile, Seoul Fashion Week will host a variety of events including 'Seoul Collection' fashion show sponsored by Hera, Häagen-Dazs, MINI, Harris F & B, Dong-A TV, 'Generation Next' fashion show, and fashion film festival. .
