[ASKKPOP] 9 Female Idols That Pull off Crazy Hair: Pink Edition

We previously listed8 male idols that can rock pink hair.  Female idols, too, continuously prove that it's not just men that can sport this flashy and fashionable color.  So, let's take a look at which 9 female idols (yes, 9 rather than 8) can pull off crazy pink hair!

Red Velvet's Irene

WhenRed Velvetdebuted this year with "Happiness," the girl in the pink hair stood out the most to me.  She is none other than the leader,Irene.  I think the pink colored tips perfectly complement her feminine features and petite frame--it adds just the right amount of edge to her pretty-girl look.  

miss A's Jia

When I think of pink hair, the first person to come to mind is none other thanmiss A's Jia.  When she first debuted with pink hair during their "Good Girl Bad Girl" promotions, she caught everyones attention with her bold hair.  She has proved over and over again that she is a trendsetter--she definitely started with a bang with her pink hair. 

Dal Shabet's Serri

Dal Shabet's Serri went full on pink for a while, so naturally she's one of the first people that comes to mind when thinking of K-pop and pink hair.  Her bubble-gum colored hair adds an extra layer cuteness to her aura.  It's a stark contrast to her darker eyebrows and eye make-up, but it works.  

2NE1's Dara

Dara has an edgy 4D image, so it's no surprise that pink hair suits her perfectly.  For 2NE1's"I Love You"promotions, she rocked hot pink to purple hair--to add on to this look, she also shaved one side of her head.  She looks both fashion forward and glamorous every time she switches up her look. 

T-ara's Hyomin

It was difficult to choose whichT-aramember I liked better with pink hair:QriorHyomin.  I think the always fashionable Hyomin wins the battle by a hair.  She has delicate and soft features, but she knows how to style herself to go from pretty girl next door to chic idol fashionista in a second.  Pink hair adds an extra dimension to her look, upping her glam. 

Sunmi

Sunmipulls off a sophisticated image with her pink hair.  For her solo promotions with "24 Hours,"she sported this look, and she definitely nailed it.  Her hair added the perfect amount of edgy, cool, vulnerable, and sexy to her look at once.  Especially paired with her popular dance, the hair works really well. 

SECRET's Hyosung

SECRET's Hyosungis the adventurous one of the group when it comes to new looks (althoughJi-Eun's turquoise hair was pretty adventurous as well).  She's been spotted with all sorts of colors, but my favorite has to be pink not just because it's my personal favorite color.  Her darker shade of pink was not too flashy, and she managed to complement it with her cute and/or sexy image depending on how she styled it. 

Girls' Generation's Taeyeon

Taeyeon really can't do much wrong in my book--she always looks effortlessly gorgeous. One of my favorite looks of hers was her blonde to pink ombre hair inGirls' Generation's "The Boys"music video.  That paired with her darker eye make-up gave an extra spunk to her look that was a stark but good contrast to her usual looks. 

SPICA's Jiwon

SPICA's Jiwonis easily my favorite idol with pink hair.  With the flower headband that she rocked in SPICA's early days, she looks like a goddess--in particular, my favorite look of hers was the pink hair (with orange undertone colors) for her promotional images as shown on the way right.  It would be a crime if she didn't round out this list!
