BLACKPINK Becomes Fastest K-Pop Group To Hit 500 Million Views With “DDU-DU DDU-DU”
BLACKPINK has once again set a new YouTube record!
On November 25 at about 4:03 p.m. KST, their “DDU-DU DDU-DU” surpassed 500 million views on YouTube. This is about five months, nine days, and 22 hours since its release on June 15 at 6 p.m. KST.
This is the first K-pop girl group music video to achieve the feat and only the second K-pop music video overall following BTS’s “DNA.” It is now the fastest K-pop music video to reach 500 million views.
