Hello, I am a victim of a sexual violence incident called JoDoKeJe, an actress. Joe Dukje was convicted of forced extortion and innocence. 

1. Forty months of fighting, and now 

I was forced to be executed by the opponent actor Jo Duk-jae during the movie shooting in April 2015 , and I fought for 40 months so far after reporting it in May of that year. I was afraid to inform the victim of sexual assault, but after the damage, JoDoKe Jeese and his friends became more serious and I reported it to the police and I had to lose so much for 40 months. It was difficult to continue acting because of being a victim of sexual abuse and it was classified as an actor who did not need to be involved because he was in the martial law. Lectures were also cut off and people were leaving. I lost all my health and my life. If you suffer sexual violence, you would have to do law and I did it, but I have lost everything and have been suffering enough to think that it would be better to die. 

While I was anonymously pursuing legal proceedings to solve the problem, Joodokje was convicted in the second trial and revealed himself to the media. He distorted the fact of sexual violence and mobilized his acquaintance, Lee Jae-po, In the past. Joe Duk-jae continued after the second appeal using the press that succeeded in the first trial, and the public made the prejudice against me, and it became impossible for him to maintain his life because of the addition of bad influence. But I will say it again. Everything Joe Dukje mentioned about me in the media, the internet, and the SNS is clearly false and false.

2. Reasons for the disclosure

However, as soon as Joe Duk - jae convicted him of his appeal, his information was revealed to him by his father, family, acquaintances, Internet café members and certain media. 

Then Joe Duk-jae used the SNS to talk about the names of other victims of sexual assault, attacked people, and saw that some media outlets spoke Joodokje's remarks without confirming the basic facts. Joe Dukje was treading not only me but also other victims, and some media were in sync.

So I came to this place. I want to cooperate with victims of sexual violence. I hope there are no victims of witch hunting like me. Many days I wanted to die, and I lost a lot of hope and confidence in the future. But I have spent 40 months with the courage to reveal the truth. This is the 40 months I have lived, and I hope that the result will be a hope for someone. 

But above all, I stood before you with the hope that this verdict would lead to a meaningful change in the film industry. 'Smoke' and 'sexual violence acting through' are different. Violence should not become a practice, and wrong practices should disappear. I hope that my case will serve as an opportunity to sweep away sexual violence in the film industry that has been covered under the name of "practice." 

I am an actor, but also a teacher of acting. I want to be able to act in a safer working environment with my colleagues and seniors as actors, and I desperately hope that by the time my disciples enter the film industry, the practices of the inappropriate and violent film industry will disappear. 

3. Proceedings in this case 

(1) First-instance trial

The trial court said that it would be sentenced in July 2016, but postponed the sentence for unknown reasons. The essence of the ruling is that 'the act of Joodokje' is 'act by work', that is, 'acting'.

I do not understand why the sentence of "innocence" came out because it was five years old. I did not know about the 'judicial system' at all. When the first sentence was delayed in the process, Joe Duk-jae used his acquaintances Lee Jae-pyo and Kim Doo to create a "fake news" that was not related to sexual violence. I have learned that I was driven to a woman with a crushing statement. 

In order to reduce the credibility of the victims' statements, they used the media to 'water rides'. 

(2) After two shocks, I came to the appeal, and I pointed out that all the doubts of Joodokje were false, and I focused on proving the fact that the sexual violence suffered by me was true. After the process, the appeal on October 13, 2017, J Jangbu said that 'Joodokje's act' is not 'work behavior', and 'acting' and 'acted sexual violence' should be strictly distinguished, I was guilty of judging that women should be protected from sexual self-determination in the field. " 

4. JoDoJeJe and Lee JaePoong During the second round of the conflict and its response 

appeal, I also proceeded to a criminal trial of Lee Jae-pyo, an acquaintance of Cho Duck-jae, and Kim Fa, who was a manager of the fake news.

Based on the information and data provided by Jeok Dukje, Lee Jae-po and Kimo-san created a "Fake News" in July and August of 2016, using the method of hiding the original author of the article. Joe Dukje has made it available from the first to third seasons of sexual violence. In addition, I did not hesitate to abuse the media for the "water riding" of the sexual violence incident of Joodokje because I sedated me with insurance fraud and witnessed the testimony from the appeal of sexual violence case to the testimony of Joodokje. Lee Jae-pyo and Kimmo were sentenced to imprisonment as all of this was revealed during the trial. 

Because of JoDoKeJeJe and its affiliates' second year of media use, I suffered from irreparable harm, called "intimidation, extortion, fraud, and fraud". Still, each site, blog, > Is running around. Even if I erase it, there is no end. The pain is still ongoing.

I think today's ruling was not obtained by my own fight. I also fought with many. Family members, friends, acquaintances, professors and seniors, students, film colleagues, public service members, attorneys, lawyers, judges, and witches. So now I will be with the victims of sexual violence in a way that I will reveal myself and work hard on other remaining legal fights. 

Violence called 'practices' should be avoided. 'Sexual violence through acting' should disappear. If you destroy the rules of society in the name of 'art', then such art does not exist. I hope this ruling will remain a good precedent for not only the sexual assault of a person but also the correctness of the practices of the Korean film industry.
