CJ E&M's Hit Romantic Comedy 'Emergency Couple' Sweeps the 3rd Dramafever Awards

Asia's leading content and media company CJ E&M is proud to announce that its hit romantic comedy drama "Emergency Couple" won three awards – Best Drama, Best Actress (Song Ji-hyo) and the Boldest Moment Presented by Toyota (wedding scene in the 1st episode)–at the 3rdDramaFeverAwards, which took place at Hudson Theatre, Millennium Broadway Hotel in New York on February 5, 2015.
 
Broadcast in Korea on CJ E&M's general entertainment channel tvN in 2014, "Emergency Couple" maintained top ratings among pay TV channels in its weekend evening time slot. Following the success in Korea, the drama has been sold to nine countries in North America and Asia including the U.S., China, Japan, Hong Kong, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Myanmar and Cambodia.

"Emergency Couple" tells the comedic story of a divorced couple who meet again in an emergency room as medical interns six years after their break-up. Renowned actressSong Ji-hyostars as a 33-year old divorcee Oh Jin-hee. Her ex-husband Chang-min is played by actorChoi Jin-hyeok.
