Chae Rim finds love in China

Rumors of another celebrity couple have arisen in the Korean media, but this time there are a few of differences. One, it's an international relationship. And two, the celebrity's agency is not denying it.

The actress in question is industry veteranChae Rim, who has starred in many movies and dramas, including "All About Eve" in 2000.

Local media recently reported that Chae was dating Chinese actor Gao Zi Qi.

"Chae Rimhas been in an exclusive relationship with Gao Zi Qi for three months", said an official at Sidus HQ through a press release yesterday. However, when asked whether the couple was planning to get married soon, the agency replied "it is still too early to talk about getting married".

Gao debuted in 2005 with a supporting role in the Chinese drama "The Qin Emperor Li Shi Min".

The news about their romance sparked considerable attention in Korea because the 35-year-old actress has not been very active back home since 2010.

After debuting in 1994 in a beauty pageant, Chae won much recognition in the entertainment industry as a teenage actress. As many of her series became quite popular in China, Chae moved her base operations there a few years ago and has been trying to establish herself in the local scene.
