Contractor who sued JYJ's Junsu receives a fine for false allegations

A contractor who had previously suedJunsufor fraud has been found guilty of making false accusations and was sentenced to pay a fine of10,000,000 KRW (~$8,600 USD).

The sentencing was announced on November 14, reversing the verdict of the first trial, which had concluded that the contractor did not have any intention to make a false accusation. This round, the judge's verdict acknowledges the contractor's malicious intent to damage Junsu's reputation as well as avoid paying what he owes to the singer.
