Yang Hyun Suk proudly said, "I was very happy when iKON raised up to number one on the charts. I'm so thankful to all the fans who've been showing their support." Of course, he's referring to how iKON's warm-up single "My Type" scored an all-kill on real-time music charts!
About the warm-up single "My Type", Yang Hyun Suk said, "These days cooking shows are popular, and you can see this single as an appetizer. We really took care to prepare iKON's debut. Please look at their debut as dinner prepared by YG."
He added, "'My Type' is like an appetizer with a sweet and sour taste that stimulates the appetite. The mini-album and full-album coming out in October and [November] are the main course. We'll be presenting you all with a taste and fragrance that will surprise you."
Dang, Yang Hyun Suk's metaphors are making us hungry. Hungry for iKON that is!
Don't forget iKON's debut half album will be dropped on October 1, and their debut full-album on November 2.
