While some shrink back from 'Disney' villains because they're outright mean and not always the most flattering in appearance, others are drawn to them because of their cunning wit and intense charisma.  Some villains are also elegant, but add to that their calculating minds and they become some of the most complex characters in any 'Disney' classic.

Of course, not all of them have to be scary or ugly looking!  In modern times, they've been getting sexier and sexier with the portrayals in 'Once Upon a Time' and movies like 'Mirror, Mirror,' 'Maleficent,' and more.
