[ASKKPOP] Former After School member Yoo So Young joins UEE in drama 'High Society'

It looks like the summer drama 'High Society' will have have a mini After Schoolreunion! Former After School memberYoo So Younghas been cast in the same drama as After School memberUEE!


On May 19, her company's side confirmed that Yoo So Young would be acting in the June drama. The actress will fittingly be playing the second older sister to UEE's character. Yoo So Young's character will be a talented designer and is described as the Korean version ofParis Hilton.


Yoo So Young said, "I'm so happy that I'm able to act in 'High Society' with my sunbaes. I will not only work hard and show various sides of myself but show upgraded acting skills. I want to solidly show my image as an actress to viewers."


The casting reminds us of the 2013 drama 'The Secret of Birth', which starred two formerFin.K.Lmembers,Sung Yu RiandLee Jin. It will definitely be interesting to see UEE and Yoo So Young reuniting as actresses! The drama stars UEE and Sung Joonas well asZE:A'sHyungsik.



'High Society' airs its first episode on June 8, so be sure to watch it!
