From Park Yoo-chun to Lee Jin-wook, the showbiz is full of sexual harassment

Actors in the showbiz can't seem to have a peaceful day.

It all started withPark Yoo-chun, singer and actor from JYJ. He was accused of raping 4 women and the case has been forwarded to the prosecutors.

After several statements and questioning, the Seoul Gangnam Police decided there was no force involved and the case was taken to the prosecutors for non-indictment. However, the charges on prostitution and fraud have been taken to the prosecutors for indictment.

The additional charges on fraud were made because text messages about money between 'A' andPark Yoo-chunhave been identified. Sexual arrangements were made for money, although it would've turned out to be fraud if it hadn't carried out.

Park Yoo-chunwas sued by 4 women for rape.Park Yoo-chundenied this and counter sued 'A' and 'B' for false accusations and threat.

The police ruled that it wasn't rape and 'A' and 'B's case on false accusations has been forwarded. 'A' is also being accused for threat.

Lee Min-kiis a more recent case.

Lee Min-kiwas sued by a woman named 'C' saying she was raped and harassed by the actor and his friends in a club in Busan.

According to his management,Lee Min-kiwas found not guilty and another indictor is being questioned. 'C' has made a mistake and apologized toLee Min-ki.

Lee Min-kiis currently on public duty and is being discharged on the 3rd of August.

ActorLee Jin-wook's case is currently in process.

His accuser 'D' claimed that she had dinner with him on the 12th and he followed her home where he raped her.

'D' got a rape test done that night and the police have sent her underwear to the the National Scientific, Criminal & Investigation Laboratory.

Lee Jin-wookdenied all charges and counter sued 'D' for false accusations.

Lee Jin-wookwas questioned for 11 hours. According to the investigation, he did have sex with 'D' whom he met for the first time that day, but it wasn't rape and he even volunteered for a lie detector.

Lee Jin-wookcaptured the conversation he had with 'D' and even gave up his DNA.

Police have bannedLee Jin-wookfrom leaving the country and his agency explained it was to make sure the investigation went on smoothly. The agency also denied any physical harm was done to the accuser as her attorneys' claim. This case is falling into the hands of media.

The greatest issue is that 'D' said she wasn't interested in him, but it seemed that she actually was on the night they met on the 12th. Conversations of her and a mutual friend were revealed.

'D' asked for a sincere apology but Lee's sources claim it's him that should get the apology as nothing can replace the damage done to his reputation.
