Girl group TAHITI on the chopping block for using JYJ's "Mission" as their intro on stage without permission

TAHITIis on the chopping block for using the intro toJYJ's "Mission" without permission.

JYJ fans recently found a clip of TAHITI performing "Hasta Luego" back on May 14th. However, during the intro, the song that plays is JYJ's "Mission", which even includesYoochun's part where he says, "Just pull it off".

During the concert, TAHITI said, "Usually, we only use this intro for international performances, but we used this because it's forHongik University." The comment didn't amuse JYJ fans, who took up the issue with the companies of both TAHITI (Dream Star Entertainment) and JYJ (C-JeS).

One JYJ fan uploaded a photo of an apology from TAHITI'sDream Star Entertainmentwhich read,

Hello. This is Dream Star Entertainment. We are apologizing to our fans.
We used the intro for our past overseas performances because the concert personnel suggested it. After that, we came to understand that the intro was used again because the manager who was responsible wasn't careful enough with the details. The manager has been taken care of, and the song has been removed.
We apologize once again for causing a disturbance, and we support JYJ's unlimited growth. We will become a Dream Star Entertainment that keeps growing.

In a phone call withNo Cut News, Dream Star Entertainment said, "We didn't even know it was JYJ's song. We said that it would be nice if the girls had an intro for their performance. One of the concert personnel members happen to work as the head of JYJ's concert team, and he had the song, so we used it as the intro since the Philippines concert. We should have only used it once, but we also used it for their Cambodia concert and the Hongik University concert. If we knew it was JYJ's song, we wouldn't have used it."

C-JeS Entertainmentsaid, "We checked with the copyrights, and they did use the song without permission. The concert team they're referring to is someone we don't know. However, we don't think they did this on purpose. Therefore, we'll send them an official statement and then solve the situation label to label."
