Hwayobi wins lawsuit against her former label

Back in 2014, Hwayobifiled a lawsuitagainst Lion Media for fraud with private documents related to an investment contract that cost 1 billion KRW (approximately $964,000 USD).


On February 14, the first trial took place. According to the judge,"The defendant included highly unfair clauses in the investment contract without Hwayobi's agreement. However, the defendant continues to deny his crimes and does not show signs of reflection. He is also unable to receive forgiveness from Hwayobi."
