IU Apologizes for Being Rude

IU has officially apologized for being late to the concert.

IU updated her me2day by saying “Hello I am IU. I wanted to say sorry in a different way but this seems to be the only way to express myself. I am sincerely sorry to the people that were hurt and uncomfortable because of what I did yesterday. I did not think things through.”

She continued “the Dream High concert was delayed because I was late. I am sorry to all the audience and the staff that were there. Also, I am sorry for not writing an apology instead of writing something immature due to my personal circumstances. I was very immature. I won’t make this mistake again.” She asked for forgiveness for her mistakes.

She finished by saying “I will become a mature and a thoughtful IU. To the fans that were disappointed in me.. I promise you. I apologize to everyone once again.”

She was at the center of controversy for being late to the Dream High Concert as well as writing something on her me2day that fans could have misunderstood.

IU was about 2 hours late to the Dream High Concert. However this was due to a misunderstanding. IU’s representative said “IU was about 10-15 minutes late to the compromised time of 9 pm but the fact that she was late is wrong and we want to express our feelings to the fans that were waiting. We are sorry for being late.

IU is known to have added to the controversy by writing “I ran super hard today but all I got in return was… Who am I singing for. I don’t seem to have an answer to that recently.” which is somewhat questionable.

Fans seem to want to forgive IU and want to support her. “The fact that you know how to realize your mistakes and ask for forgiveness is proof that you are an adult” “This is most likely a fault rather than a mistake. But you apologized sincerely and I support you” “Don’t give up since the fans are supporting you” “Everyone makes mistakes, don’t’ feel too bad.”
