[ASKKPOP] Idol group members pick EXO as the best group of 2014 in a survey by 'Joy News 24'

Joy News 24 set out to survey 79 idols from October 16-26 in honor of the media outlet's 10th anniversary, and these idols chose EXO as the top idol group of 2014!



In the idol-group ranking conducted among idols themselves, EXO came in 1st place with 23 votes.SISTARcame in 2nd with 15 votes,B2STcame in 3rd with 8 votes,Block Bcame in 4th with 6 votes, andVIXXcame in 5th with 5 votes.MBLAQandGirls' Generationtied for 6th place with 3 votes each.


For the idol-turned-actor category,Siwan came in 1st place with 27 votes.Lee Joon followed with 15 votes, while D.O.came in 3rd with 5 votes.EunjiandKrystalalso tied for 4th place with 3 votes each.Baro, Sungjae, Sooyoung, Yunho, Sunhwa, andDoheeeach received 2 votes.


When asked which agency they would join if they had the chance, 29 idol group members chose their current agency. The agencies that got the most votes among those who didn't choose their current agency were SM EntertainmentandYG Entertainment, which both received 14 votes each.Mystic89 then came in 4th place followed byCube Entertainment, JYP Entertainment, andStarship Entertainmentwhich received 3 votes each. Instead of choosing an already established agency, 3 idols said they would start their own.


The 79 idol group members who participated in the survey includeB2ST, VIXX, 4minute, BTOB, Boyfriend, BTS, SECRET, BESTie, TEEN TOP, Mad Town, UNIQ, B.I.G, MINX, The Boss, LABOUM, 5urprise, andA.KOR.
