Instagram's official account recently celebrated the milestone of reaching 400 million Instagrammers. They also noted the five most followed individuals who were among the last 100 million to join Instagram. Of these five accounts, one was South Korea's representative T.O.P! The linked accounts also included other famous people likeDavid BeckhamandCaitlyn Jenner, among others.
