Into the Night movie

There is a night that does not sleep easily because of throbbing. There is a night of resentment. There is a night when I could not sleep because I had a lot of troubles. Looking back, every night was meaningful, says the movie 'Into the Night'.

'Into the Night' is a documentary about the story of a 20-year-old musician, Cha Seung-woo, who formed a new band The Monotones through the band Noble Inn, Moon Shunus.

Cha Seung-woo is going to find bassist Park Hyun-joon, drummer Choi Wook-no and vocalist to form the last band that filled his music life. Because of lack of ability, the schedule of the actor is not right, or the vocalist is replaced without reason.

In this process, Cha Seung-woo's feelings are the watch point. It started out briskly that it would watch out for the manners of the old band life, but the continuing evil is causing anger. As I pursue perfection, I raise my voice to many vocalists. In the end, Cha Seung-woo says, "I think I have a problem."

Cha Seung-woo, Park Hyun-joon and Choi Wook-no go up to the roof of a building in Seoul without vocals. As a spectator of the night sky and the tall buildings of Seoul, I play intense music with all the sounds of the city as a chorus. The camera takes these performances for a long time. Somewhat lonely, I want to do it, but the dreams of the youth who are blocked by the wall of reality are sad.2018032010350284164-540x304

Although the current vocalist joins the end of the twists and turns, Park Hye - joon 's heart is changed, and it is again in crisis. The situation is abandoned, but Cha Seung-woo goes forward. Although it is not revealed in detail in the movie, the bassist Ha Linea joins now and the monotones are completed. These are the first album in 2015

This album won the Best Rock Music Award of the 13th Korea Popular Music Awards in 2016. Cha Sung-woo said, "I wanted to do something like that, and I had a soulful night. Looking back, all night was meaningful. "

The Monotones have survived the crisis and eventually grew into a loved rock band, but the film does not focus on their success. It gives a deep impression by paying attention to the state of continuing the day by day.

'In the Night' will be released on the 29th. 12 years old.
