The label relayed to various media outlets,"JJY Band is preparing for a new album under the new nameDrug Restaurant. They decided to go with a name that focuses on the band altogether rather than centering it around the frontman vocalist."
The name Drug Restaurant means that through their music, the band hopes to become a source of medicine, healing, or escape for its listeners, by"Prescribing medicine better and more capable than a pharmacy."
