Sanai Pictures has confirmed on April 14th,"Rouge"will be released in May."Rouge"is a movie depicting the inevitable emotions between a man, a detective, who is hiding truth, and a woman, who wants to believe although it is a lie.

Jeon Do-yeonandKim Nam-gilpaired up as a woman of a murderer and a cold-hearted detective.

Jeon Do-yeonplays Kim Hye-gyeong, a hostess working for a bar, who has been waiting for her lover, since he ran away after killing a person.Kim Nam-gilplays Jeong Jaegon, a detective, who chases after the murderer, who used to be Hye-gyeong's lover.

Jeon Do-yeonportrays the co-existence of distress and decadence as well as purity and courage through the three dimensional character.

Kim Nam-gilis literally a"Rouge", who is a cold-hearted macho, which is contrary to his usual image from his previous filmography.
