A Chinese media outlet reported on February 28 that Ji Chang Wook has been will be starring in the second season of the romance series which aired onHunan Satellite TVlast year.
The report stated, "'The Whirlwind Girl' is based on a novel of the same name andYang Yang,Hu Bing Qing, andChen Xiangwill take on the lead roles. It aired on Hunan TV last year and gained much popularity. The filming will begin March 20 and the casting is expected to change. Popular Korean actor Ji Chang Wook has been confirmed to appear in the drama."
