Ji Chang-wook in MBC drama "Empress Qi"

Ji Chang-wookhas been cast for the MBC drama"Empress Qi".

He takes on the role of Emperor Shun, the 16th emperor of the Yuan Dynasty. He will form a three-way romance withHa Ji-wonandJoo Jin-mo.

Emperor Shun is the first son of Myeong-jong and is taken of the imperial Throne by his brother although he is the rightful emperor. He's been through several hardships during his childhood and although he acts immature to survive amongst the courtiers, he's actually boiling with fury inside.

"Empress Qi"is a 50-part drama about the Koryo dominating empress of the Yuan Dynasty and is collaborated by writerJeong Kyeong-soonand directorJang Yeong-cheol.
