Jo Kwon to bring his ‘kkab’ to new drama ‘The Dignity of the Dispatch’

Everyone’s favorite ‘kkab‘ idol,2AM‘sJo Kwon,is joining the cast of upcomingKBSdrama, ‘The Dignity of the Dispatch‘ (working title).

A KBS rep confirmed that the idol has made his final decision to be in the drama, and dropped a bit of info about the character he’ll be playing.

It turns out Jo Kwon will be playing the bright, energetic characterKye Kyung Woo, who is a lot like how the singer is in real life. The rep commented,“We are looking forward toJo Kwon’s abilityto pull off his role as his unique ‘kkab‘ charm goes quite well with his character.”

Jo Kwon acted before in ‘All My Love‘, but that was a sitcom, so this will be his first time officially starring in a drama. The drama has already cast big names likeKim Hye SooandOh Ji Ho, so there is already a lot of hype surrounding the new show. It’s currently scheduled to air after the conclusion of ‘Advertisement Genius Lee Tae Baek‘ on April 1st.
