‘K-Drama Star Awards’ winners Kim Hyung Jun shares his feelings on winning

The 2012 ‘K-Drama Star Awards‘ took place on December 8th in Daejeon.

Kim Hyung Junwas one of the celebrities on hand for the event and also walked the red carpet and posed for photos.

This awards show was not specific to any one channel, but was a show that honored dramas that appeared on national channels as well as cable channels from October 1st, 2011 to October 31st, 2012.

At the first ‘K-Drama Star Awards’ the Daesang went to theSon Hyun Joofor the drama ‘The Chaser‘ and the Best Male Actor Award went toSong Joong Kifor ‘Nice Guy.’

The Excellent Actor Award went toYoo Joon Sangfor ‘You Who Rolled in Unexpectedly‘ as well asKim Soo Hyunfor ‘The Moon that Embraces the Sun.’Lee Sung Minwon the Male Actor Award for ‘Golden Time‘ andKim Jung Nanwon Female Actor Award for ‘Gentleman’s Class.’

The child actors to win wereKim So Hyun,Kim Yoo Jung, andPark Gun Tae.

The actors for ‘Reply 1997‘ which took the nation by storm,Seo In GukandJung Eunjiwon the Best Couple Award as well as the Rising Star Award and Best OST Award to take home three awards.

Kim Hyun Jun tweeted his feelings sharing, “Something very meaningful and amazing happened to me today.  The start of my acting career feels great!  I won the award, but I would like to share it with the entire staff that worked on the drama.  Thanks to all my fans as well^^.  Kim Hyun Joon daebak!  Hwaiting!“
