During the interview, Youngji talked about how she maintains her figure, which is doing pilates and watching what she eats in a healthy way.

She admitted, "In the past I always starved to diet, and once after a performance I even saw stars.Haraunni set me up with 10 tickets to pilates [classes]."

Youngji shared that in the past, she wasn't interested in becoming an idol and only sang children's songs at karaoke. Then one day while she was studying abroad in New Zealand, she came across aBig Bangconcert video, and thus, her dream of becoming an idol was sprouted. And before she became a new member of KARA, she was a trainee for a long four years.

Youngji said that her role models were still her KARA unnis. Youngji added that she andSeungyeonhave great chemistry and said, "It's like Seungyeon unni and I are dating."

Having risen to fame especially with her appearance on 'Roommate 2', the idol said her experience there was a precious time that she'll never be able to forget. She added, "I want to be part of 'Roommate 3' too."

And as for her ideal type? It's none other thanKim Soo Hyun!

She added, "I liked Kim Soo Hyun's acting since 'Moon That Embraces the Sun'."
