"My Spring Days" is a mellow drama about a woman who survives a heart transplant and fall's in love with the donor's husband.

This isKam Woo-seong's first drama comeback in 3 years and takes on the role of Kang Dong-ha, the CEO of Hanuiron. He loses his wife to an accident and raises two children by himself but is destined to meet Bomi, the woman who receives her wife's heart.

Choi Soo-youngis Bomi, the woman who gets to live a new life. She's very enthusiastic in everything as she is alive thanks to someone else.

Their love story is based on the unique subject of 'cellular memory', (a symptom where recipients remember the habits or personalities of the donors) the kind that happens to transplant recipients.
