'Special Citizen' starring veteran actorChoi Min Sik,Ra Mi Ran, andKi Hong Leedepict the competitive battle of an election. The production is also Ki Hong Lee's first Korean film. The actor, who is well known for his role in 'Maze Runner', is playing Ra Mi Ran's son in 'Special Citizen'.
