Kim Hye-soois wearing a yellow tone one-piece dress with a big belly in the first picture. She has a small smile on her face, one hand on her waist and one hand on her big belly.

In the second picture, she's wearing a checked apron with a bandana on her head. She looks happy as she's smiling.

Kim Hye-soowent through various efforts to make her pregnant state seem more real. On top of make-up and props, a scientific test was also run to see how being pregnant in real life feels like.
