Kim Hyun-joong bans ex-girlfriend from traveling

Actor and singerKim Hyun-joongsued his ex-girlfriend.

According to legal authorities, Kim has sued Choi for false accusations, blackmail and defamation. He also requested to ban her from traveling.

Kim's legal attorney Lee Jae-man said, "In a proceeding case, it turns out that Choi never got confirmation from her gynecologist on anything about her being pregnant".

"The time when she presented a medical certification for injuries worth 6 weeks, it turns out she told hospital A that she got hurt at the gym and told hospital B that she was abused. She double issued her medical certificate and this proves her statement is false".

Choi is currently about to come due so the official case will be proceeded after her child birth.

However, Choi's legal attorneys claim that they will countersue Kim.

Choi's lawyer Seon Jong-moon said, "Not only is Kim claiming that she blackmailed him but another source is claiming the same matter. This is an injury to her name. She's never asked for money".

"We will be pushing forward with different criminal charges on the 23rd".

The case is now even more intense with the two of them going at each other like this.

Meanwhile, Choi filed a case against Kim on the 7th of April this year for 1.6 billion won. It seems as she saw this as compensation for breaking up with Kim while she was pregnant with his child.

Choi sued Kim for abuse in August last year.
