Kim Hyun-joong, "Choi has no record of pregnancy"

Actor and singerKim Hyun-joong's ex-girlfriend Choi is apparently not able to present proof of pregnancy.

The defense trial for Kim by Choi took place at the Seoul Central District Court on the 3rd.

Kim's attorney Lee Jae-man claimed, "According to the papers presented by Choi state that she is not pregnant at all. We will be presenting the text messages between her and Kim as proof".

Kim Hyun-joonghas asked for papers regarding her abortion at 5 different gynecologists and the National Health Insurance Cooperation.

Choi sued Kim for abuse in August last year then cancelled it. Then she claimed in February that she was pregnant with his child butKim Hyun-joongdenied such fact. Choi then filed for mental offense in April.

Meanwhile,Kim Hyun-joongjoined the military on the 12th of May and will be trained for five weeks before joining base.
