Kim Tae Woo Goes to Court Against His Company

In response to Kim Tae Woo asking for the early termination of contract from his company, his company decided to sue Kim Tae Woo and two of his managers for scam and not following the contract.

One law official said “Ilgwang Polaris sued Kim Tae Woo and two of his managers for scam and other unlawful acts and are expected to be aggressive in the upcoming battles.”

The company said through their lawyer, “Kim Tae Woo’s claims are all false and in reality, the managers and Kim Tae Woo went to a promotional event without notifying the company and took all the pay. We tried to talk things over with Kim Tae Woo but he already sent in fraud data to the courts. All his claims that we didn’t pay him are false.”

The company also said “Kim Tae Woo asked for a separate studio in Kang Nam and we have agreed to that back in August. However, he delayed his album release and now, he is terminating the contract with us.”

“If Kim Tae Woo apologizes and returns to the company, we will forget all our differences in the past and will continue to work with him as if nothing happened.”

Kim Tae Woo reported that he’s had problems getting paid even with the success of the song “Love Rain.” He’s requested for the payment but nothing was getting done and finally decided to terminate the contract. He will continue to promote via a 1 man company, Soul Shop Entertainment.
