[ASKKPOP] Kiss&Cry's official fan cafe releases notice revealing the current status of the group

As mentioned earlier, it came as shocking news when Haena appeared on the latest episode of the audition program and revealed that she was auditioning for the show as Kiss&Cry had been disbanded. When Yoon Jong Shin asked her,"Was the group disbanded?"She was seen nodding and said during her interview portion,"We were a very family-like group. My dream is for us to regroup again someday. Although we didn't become famous and were disbanded, I want to stand on stage and get my name out there and get Kiss&Cry's name out there too."

After receiving praise from the judges and passing her audition, Haena stated,"I hope the 4 members will work hard individually until the day that we can regroup one day."

This left fans to think the group had completely disbanded, but a notice was posted on the group's fan cafe to say rather than disbanding, it's more of a pause in the group's activities for there were internal company problems as well as perhaps member issues that needed to be sorted out.

The notice reads, 

"Hello, this is Winning Insight M.
We are here to inform the fans of Kiss&Cry.
We are sorry to say to the fans, but the activities of the group have been put on hold momentarily due to various company problems.
However, we are not saying the group has been completely disbanded. We can only say for now that there may be a number of changes.
First, member issues and circumstances could change, and one of the current member Haena's contract has expired with the agency and she is appearing on 'Superstar K'.
Our agency is wishing Haena, who may be embarking on a new path, luck and success, and that she may continue to receive unchanging love from fans.
Thank you.

The notice seems to conflict somewhat with what Haena said on the show as it seemed she made it clear that the group had indeed been disbanded, while the agency says they've only put a hold on the group's activities while they work out problems and perhaps implement changes within the group.
