Ko Soo and Jin Se-yeon confirmed to lead 'The Flower in Prison'

ActorKo Soohas joined MBC's new weekend drama,"The Flower in Prison", which will be aired after 'My Daughter, Geum Sa-Wol' has ended.

According to multiple sources on November 17th,Ko SooandJin Se-yeonwill co-star in"The Flower in Prison"as the leading actor and actress. It means thatKo Sooreturns to the small screen in three years since SBS' 'Empire of Gold'. And this isJin Se-yeon's comeback to the small screen in two years since 'Doctor Stranger'.

PDLee Byeong-hoonand writerChoi Wan-gyoo, who worked together to produce"Heo Jun", 1999, and 'Sangdo', 2001, will pull together as a team again in 15 years.

The new weekend drama,"The Flower in Prison"tells the story about Ok-nyeo (Lee Seo-wonlater in the drama), who was born in prison and helps people unfairly accused, using Waeji-bu, the private litigation system in Joseon. The drama is currently slated to begin in March next year.
