Kwak Dong Yeon is scared of variety shows since he named Kim So Hyun as his ideal type?

ActorKwak Dong Yeonexplained why he doesn't like going on variety shows. 

In a recent interview, Kwak Dong Yeon revealed that he's been scared of variety shows ever since he named or rather he was pressured to pick Kim So Hyunas his ideal type on 'Radio Star'. 

It was a child actor special when he guested on the show withKim Yoo Jungand Kim So Hyun. When asked about his ideal type, he originally named actressHan Ji Min but was asked to choose between Kim Yoo Jung and Kim So Hyun.

This experience must've not been pleasant as Kwak dong Yeon said,"To be honest, I avoid variety shows because I'm scared. On 'Radio Star', I couldn't resist and picked Kim So Hyun as my ideal type, and since then, it's been portrayed as if I like Kim So Hyun and it created misunderstandings. I was also hurt a lot [on variety shows]. Nothing is promised on variety shows, so I'm afraid of sudden situations. I don't know what questions I'll be asked so I might make a verbal mistake, and I also don't have confidence in terms of humor."
