Law firm in charge of representing plaintiff in Lee Jin Wook's alleged sexual assault case suddenly withdraws

Police are reportedly focusing their investigations on the possibility that the woman involved inLee Jin Wook's alleged sexual assault case pressed false charges against the actor. 

Suseo Police Station, the branch of Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency (SMPA) in charge of this case, announced on July 24 that they have summoned the woman to the station on July 22 and 23 to interrogate her for a second time. 


Furthermore,Hyunjae, the law firm which was in charge of representing the woman, stated that it will "no longer serve as a legal rep" to her. 



Hyunjae explained that the "difference in opinion regarding dealing with the investigation and developments of the case which led to a serious breach of trust" is what ultimately led to the decision to take its hands off the case. 


Meanwhile a police officer relayed, "We're focusing exclusively on whether or not the woman pressed false charges."
