Lee Byung Hun and Park Bo Gum looking into new film 'Ansi Fortress'

According to a representative on February 24,"ActorsLee Byung HunandPark Bo Gumare currently looking into new film'Ansi Fortress: Fortress of Abandoned People.'"


Set during the Goguryeo Era, 'Ansi Fortress' depicts a battle taking place while protecting a barrier with directorKim Kwang Siktaking charge. Investment and distribution will be handled byNEWproduction company.


The new film is currently receiving much attention due to two top stars being considered for the main roles. With Lee Byung Hun starred in numerous films like'Inside Men'and'Master'as well as abroad inHollywoodwith'Magnificient Seven.' Actor Park Bo Gum took the spotlight gaining much popularity intvN's drama'Reply 1988'andKBS's 'Love in the Moonlight.'


It appears historical film 'Ansi Fortress' would indeed be a hit with such renowned actors; however, it is too early to say, as both Lee Byung Hun and Park Bo Gum are currently considering other projects as well.
