Parkour is a training method that allows you to overcome the various obstacles that exist in the natural world. Parkour is an extreme sport and it's not only about competition but disciplining the mental and physical body.

In the pictures,Lee Min-hois wearing simple and edgy items and is going all around Sydney, Australia with his Parkour team. He is doing intense workout such as running, walking and jumping, but in the parts where he's taking a break, he shows off the outdoor products.

Lee Min-hois seen walking up and down stairs very quickly and is jumping over obstacles. He ran along a professional parkour team without a hint of exhaustion.
