Lee Seung-gi Releases Single Album Ahead of Military Service

Singer and actorLee Seung-giwill begin his mandatory military service in February, his management agency said in a press release on Thursday.

Lee also posted a message about his enlistment, which will start on Feb. 1, together with his military-themed single album on his Instagram account.

"I'm really thankful for the love and support I have received. I will be more of a man when I return from 21 months of compulsory military service", Lee said.

"I wish I could say goodbye to everyone personally. Instead, I have put my feelings in the song. The single album is about myself, but I hope all those who are about to start their military service, and their families and friends, can relate to it".
