Long legal battle between Kim Hyun Joong and Choi to continue in January

The date for the appeals trial betweenKim Hyun Joong andMs. Choihas been set.


The pair will meet once again in court on January 11, 2017. Previously, Ms. Choi lost her lawsuit against Kim Hyun Joong during which she had demanded 1.6 billion KRW (approximately 1.4 million USD) in damages; hence, she had submitted an appeal on August 24. Kim Hyun Joong had also submitted an appeal against her appeal.
