Male idols best fit for certain Anime Characters

Last time, we did whichmale idol stars would best fit certain roles in Hollywood. However, Hollywood is not the only popular outlet of entertainment.  Nope.  That's right.  Another extremely popular category is anime!  In fact, many of my Kpop friends happen to be big fans of anime as well.

There were many idols who could fit certain characters, but we chose just a couple.  Honestly, some of these selections are based on "the look", but we tried our best to match the personalities as much as possible too - so check out the list below and let us know what you think.

1. Youngmin and Kwangmin as Kaoru and Hikaru (Ouran High School Host Club)

They are good-looking twins, which is why they would be perfect for Hikaru and Kaoru.  Plus, they look great in the same brown-ish hair the anime twins sport. Now, I don't know either Youngmin or Kwangmin that well so let us know which you think should be the more mischievous Hikaru and which should be the sweeter Kaoru!

2. T.O.P as Kakashi (Naruto)

In no way am I saying T.O.P is a closet pervert like Kakashi who is secretly reading erotic novels pretty much 24/7...  But T.O.P is a cool cat just like Kakashi, has the height, and can rock the gray hair.  It's just too bad he would have to cover up most of his handsome face if he were to actually play the role of theCopy Ninja.

3. Jaejoong as L (Death Note)

Okay, I really wanted to make INFINITE's L as Death Note's L because, well, obviously, they share the same name.  I think INFINITE's L could do a pretty good job, too, but I think Jaejoong fits the role better.  He has the more mysterious vibe and would look good with dark circles under his eye in the form of, probably, thick eyeliner.  Both men could be the strange and quirky character too since they are funny and quirky themselves.

4. Taemin as Rasiel (Reborn)

Obviously, this was heavily based on looks.  Come on, you cannot deny they look strikingly alike with the long hair that covers their eyes and leaves you focusing on their mysterious grin.

5. Daesung as Brock (Pokemon)

Again, I'm not saying Daesung is a womanizer who likes to hit on any woman he sees especially if they're in a nurse or police uniform.  But he is funny and cute like Brock and they share that same special eye smile.

6. G-Dragon as Gaara (Naruto)

G-Dragon looks like Gaara with the red hair, dark eyeliner, and pained expression. Gaara is a sort of tragic figure in anime and G-Dragon would express that inner agony and frustration well, especially in a subtle and stoic manner rather than over the top--just look at that charismatic gaze in his picture!  You kind of want to swan dive in there to see what you'd find.

7. P.O as Kuwabara (Yu Yu Hakusho)

When I saw P.O in Block B's "Very Good" performances, the first thing I thought of was Kuwabara from 'Yu Yu Hakusho' because of the hair!  Sure, P.O's hair is more of a bright, neon pink than orange, but it appears to be split in the middle and he even has that sort of tuft in the very front.  He even wears a black version of Kuwabara's uniform for some performances.  He would need to bulk up more, though.

8. Jonghyun as Naruto (Naruto)

Jonghyun seems to fit the character quite a bit.  After all, Naruto is all about the mischievous prankster who is actually serious at heart and never wants to give up on his dreams.  Jonghyun is definitely a little prankster and can also be a bit clueless at times like Naruto, but he has a lot of heart and talent.  I could see him running around SM Town, causing trouble along the way, but really trying his best to make a name for himself and help out others.

9. Eunhyuk as Luffy (One Piece)

They're both kind of adorable and goofy, yet tough at the same time.  Eunhyuk could well cover all the basics of playing the part--just needs to stretch more.  A lot more.

10. Jo Kwon as Frieza (Dragon Ball Z)

Frieza is a bad guy, sure.  But don't you think Jo Kwon would have a lot of fun playing the part of the villain?  Also, Frieza can be a bit of a diva at times and always appears to be screeching about one thing or another.  Jo Kwon would be entertaining as Frieza, he was quite the jokester.  Intimidating as the bad guy?  I don't know.  Why not?  Jo Kwon may not appear it most of the time because people are distracted by his hilarious and cute antics, but he is definitely fit and muscular so he could do the action scenes and look tough when needed.  Another option for him is possibly Master Roshi, though.  Now wouldn't that be amusing?

11. Taecyeon as Goku (Dragon Ball)

Both tall, dark, and muscular.  He has the looks and he has the build.  He could definitely do the tough action scenes while looking very cool.  Taecyeon can look super goofy or super charismatic at the mere snap of the fingers!  So he would probably be a pretty good Goku.
