Min Suk-Heo Young Ran Act as Couple in “Pit-a-Pat Sweet”
Actor Min Suk and actress Heo Young Ran will work together as a couple in the drama, “Pit-a-pat Sweet.”
This is Heo Young Ran’s first work since 2009 (Legendary Hometown) and first morning drama since 2007 with “Landscape in my Heart.”
She took the role of a cable TV channel program’s PD, Kim Min Joo. She is a single mother and has to work hard to support her family, but she is also very proud and outgoing.
She does not believe in love after she got hurt a long time ago but falls in love once again after she meets Jung Do Hyuk (Min Suk) who received her past lover’s heart.
Min Suk took the role of Jung Do Hyuk, who is the CEO of the cable TV channel. Jung Do Hyuk has the skills and looks to be very popular amongst women.
He used to not like relationships where only one woman obsessed over him but after getting a heart transplant, he starts getting attracted to Min Joo, who was far from his usualy type.
The staff said “we expect Heo Young Ran to act out her character well since she hasn’t had any previous works for a while. Also, the good looking Min Suk, we expect him to bring in a lot of female viewers.”
The drama deals with cellular memory (where an organ acceptor experiences changes in personality and habits that are similar to the organ donor), the romance of a couple, and a father who is facing death.
The drama will air on the 2nd of May as a morning drama for KBS.
