[ASKKPOP] Ms. Choi's side expresses wish that Kim Hyun Joong will face reality and take responsibility

It seems thatKim Hyun Joong's andMs. Choi's lawyers are waging a war of words yet again, especially after news of Seoul Family Court's order for Kim Hyun Joong to take a paternity test blew up in the media.

Lee Jae Man, Kim Hyun Joong's attorney, was reported to have toldStar Newsrecently, "I don't think there is a need for [Kim Hyun Joong and Ms. Choi] to take the DNA tests together. Even if the tests are at the same facility, they may take it at different times and the situation may not work out for the best especially because Kim Hyun Joong is serving in the military. If there is a justifiable reason, Choi can take the test first and Kim Hyun Joong can take it at a later time."

Lee added, "We said early on through press conferences to not use the child for the lawsuit but these types of reports keep being released. We've said it many time before and we'll say it again; didn't we say if it's quietly confirmed that Kim Hyun Joong is indeed the father, that we will take responsibility? If not, Choi can take responsibility. We hope that no more issues will be escalated using the child."
