[ASKKPOP] Netizens debate whether it was wrong of Lovelyz' Ryu Soo Jung to say she's under SM

A new controversy is brewing concerning a recent statement byLovelyz'Ryu Soo Jung, who is underWoollim Entertainmentwhich had merged withSM C&C, on radio program, 'ShimShimTapa,' whenSHINee'sJonghyunmade a surprise visit and was telling the people in the studio to visitSM Entertainment's practice rooms and explaining the location.

At the 1:04 mark in the video below, you can hear Ryu Soo Jung interrupt Jonghyun to add,"I'm from SM, too,"possibly to merely state to Jonghyun she likewise knew about the practice rooms.  He responds, "Yes, yes, I know. I know that."

Jung Joon Youngasks,"Lovelyz is in SM?"She clarifies,"Ah, fromC&C,"to make sure there is no confusion.

For some reason, though, this has quickly become a topic of interest as someone fromInstizfirst brings it up, saying she randomly inserted the line openly and like she was bragging, resulting in "a taken aback Jonghyun."

However, this controversy so far appears to be very half-and-half as some people show understanding about why this could be an issue yet ask if it's really such a big deal, some are frustrated about her "need" to affiliate herself with SM, and others say she's technically correct, so there's no problem with her statement.

This is not the first time, either, asINFINITEfans had previously expressed some doubts and negativity about agency Woollim Entertainment's merger with SM C&C, leading the members totear up and address the issuebefore their fans.
