Park Yoo-chun's accuser postpones first trial to 13th of October

Singer and actorPark Yoo-chun's accuser who false threatened him has postponed her first trial.

According to legal sources, the trial was initially scheduled for the 22nd. However, it has been postponed to the 13th of October. Prior to that, a questioning related to bail will take place on the 27th.

The accuser has been spending time in a lock-up since August. Her attorney applied for her bail under the circumstances that she won't tamper with evidence or take flight.

Meanwhile, the accuser sued Park for rape in June but cancelled it once it became a big issue. Then it later came to surface that two other friends of hers asked him for millions of money and they were charged with threat.
