[ASKKPOP] Psy, Big Bang, JYJ, CNBLUE, EXO, and more to perform at the '17th Asian Games Incheon 2014'

It has been reported that the '17th Asian Games Incheon 2014' ('2014 Incheon Asian Games') will bring in big names such asPsy,Big Bang,JYJ,CNBLUE, andEXOfor their opening and closing ceremonies this September!



According to an exclusive byOSENon the 1st, the '2014 Incheon Asian Games' ambassadors JYJ along with Psy, Big Bang, and EXO are a part of the lineup that's set to perform the celebratory stages for either the opening ceremony or the closing ceremony to be held at Incheon Asiad Main Stadium.


However there may be more artists that may be added to the lineup. One insider revealed,"From what I know, most of the artists are still working out the details of their stage, songs to perform, and such... I haven't heard of any collaborative stages, for now, it is planned that they will all perform individually."


This news is also drawing eyes from fans for the fact that JYJ and an SM artist, EXO, are part of the same event, which is pretty much unheard of. However, it's been reported that JYJ will take to the stage for a congratulatory performance preceding the opening event, while EXO, Psy, and CNBLUE will be performing during the event. It's said Big Bang and various Hallyu stars will be taking to the stage during the closing ceremony. However, all these details could change, so we'll have to get a bit closer to the events for confirmation.


Among the artists mentioned, EXO'sXiuminandChenwere present at the press conference for the '2014 Incheon Asian Games' at Millenium Seoul Hilton Hotel Grand Ballroom today.


The '17th Asian Games Incheon 2014' itself will run through September 19 to October 4.
