Se7en and Sangchu revealed to have submitted previous receipts as proof that they sought massage parlors for treatment purposes

It has been revealed that Se7enandSangchu had submitted receipts from their prior visits to massage establishments to prove that the outing that was caught on camera was not intended to seek out sexual services.

A rep from the National Defense Committee, who inspected the investigation report from the Ministry of Defense, revealed that these receipts submitted were from 'proper' massage establishments, as in those that are not known to provide sexual services.

"Sangchu and Se7en submitted all receipts from their visits to massage shops prior and after enlistment to prove that they entered the massage parlor for treatment purposes during the Ministry of Defense's investigation into celebrity soldiers... The receipts were provided by proper massage shops... These documents were reflected int he investigation report,"the rep said.

In the revealed portion of the investigation report, it reads,"Prior to enlistment A (Sangchu, 2012.10.30 enlistment) and B (Se7en, 2013.3.19 enlistment) have entered proper massage shops in Seoul usually around late at night, and A has also entered two times after enlistment (2013.5.26/6.8)."

So it seems it was based on these receipts submitted from the clean massage shops that led the Ministry of Defense to previously announce that Se7en and Sangchu were only seeking treatment when they visited the massage parlor caught on tape.

The rep further added with a sad smile,"Although it was to prove that the visit to the massage parlor was for treatment purposes, this situation of having to even submit receipts is unfortunate."
