It's concluded that Seo In Guk's diagnosis with Osteochondritis dissecans, a joint disorder in which cracks form in the cartilage and underlying bone, puts him in a grade 5 health rating.
Grade 5 health rating is deemed unfit for military duty, which then means Seo In Guk's health condition does not qualify for enlistment.
