Shin Eun-kyung ends legal lawsuit with agency after a year and a half

Shin Eun-kyungand her former agency were in a legal brawl for the reason that payments weren't settled.

According to Suwon District Office,Shin Eun-kyung's former agency chairman A, submitted papers cancelling the charges he made on actressShin Eun-kyung.

He filed charges in November of 2015 saying she didn't settle payment of 250 million won (~US$250,000).

Several trials were held until now but they eventually came to a mutual agreement.

A had claimed thatShin Eun-kyungwas going around making false statements, tarnishing his reputation.

Shin Eun-kyungclaimed she wasn't paid what she should have and that A was playing with media with evil intentions and degrading her.

They decided not to argue with the court for ruling both sides not guilty.

A's lawyer said, "The long trial made everyone tired and in the end they decided to put things to an end".
