Singer Horan in Drunk-Driving Accident
Horanof the trio band Clazziquai has been booked without detention for drunk driving, Gangnam police said Thursday.
She hit a cleaning vehicle near Seongsu Bridge in Seoul on Thursday morning while driving under the influence. The driver of the cleaning vehicle was taken to hospital with a minor injury.
Horan's blood-alcohol level was 0.101 percent, higher than the legal limit, which could lead to her driving license being revoked.
The singer's agency saidHoranhad been drinking the previous night and caused the accident on the way to her radio show early in the morning.
"There's no excuse for that. She will withdraw from all her programs", it added.
