Singer Wheesung Gets Surgery For Bad Back

SingerWheesung, who's currently serving his mandatory military sentence, recently underwent surgery for his ongoing back problems.

Wheesung's reps stated that the singer received the surgery for a herniated disc on July 11th at a Gangnam hospital. The surgery went well, and he's currently resting in the recovery room. The agency added thatWheesunghad been suffering from a bad shoulder and disc problems even before his military enlistment. The pain only got worse and thus he was finally forced to take a temporary leave to receive surgery.

Furthermore, a hospital rep released to the press that the doctor said that the singer may not even be able to finish his military term. He in fact, recommended the star get an early discharge.Wheesungon the other hand, is determined to finish his required service period. As of now, he still plans on returning as soon as possible as soon as he's recovered.
