ActorSong Il-gook, who is currently capturing the public with his performance in the KBS 1TV drama"Jang Yeong-sil - Drama", is in fact the master of historical dramas. Despite the fact that he is of servant identity, Jang Yeong-sil is pursuing his dream.

Song Il-gookstarred in his first historical, the KBS 2TV drama "Emperor of The Sea" in 2005. He played the role of Yeom Jang, a charismatic character who only had eyes for the woman he loves.Song Il-gookwas a bad guy in the drama but he was weirdly not hated.

Then he starred in the MBC drama"Jumong"as King of Goguryo, Jumong who established the Goguryo Empire.

The drama set a record of 51.9% in the end and became a legend.
